BufferTabs does not handles the drag&drop event.
It is a bit annoying that I cannot release the file on BufferTab area just above the
text area.
steps to reproduce:
1. set Location of BufferTabs: left
2. open some file
3. drag&drop new file onto the BufferTabs area
expected result:
open the file
